Why Rotary?

Rotary brings together a global network of volunteer leaders dedicated to tackling our world’s most pressing humanitarian challenges. We connect 1.4 million members from every continent, cultures, and occupations to exchange ideas and take action in communities around the globe.

Our members believe that we have a shared responsibility to take action on our world’s most persistent issues. Together, we see a world where people unite and take action to create lasting change.

Excellence

Of the things we think, say or do

Is it the TRUTH?

Is it FAIR to all concerned?

Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?

Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?

The Four-Way Test

The Four-Way Test is a nonpartisan and nonsectarian ethical guide for Rotarians to use for their personal and professional relationships.

The test has been translated into more than 100 languages, and Rotarians recite it at club meetings as a reminder of our commitment to ethical conduct in everything we do.

These four questions guide our decision-making and help us build a better community through integrity, fairness, and goodwill.
